Roaster thoughts :
While roasting an experimental LOT a lot of parameters have to be taken into consideration as oppose to clean washed coffee or sun dried naturals. Understanding the coffee processing thoroughly, sample roasting more than usual times and cupping coffees to find the right balance in the final cup is what we exactly did. With high drum speed to way lower towards the end and maintaining a balance of heat throughout was key to developing this roast profile. We Medium Light roast was well suited and made the final cut for our roasters with respective to this limited LOT.
