Cupping notes :
While cupping these coffee’s we found some sharp sparkling acidity and a finish of fruit pulpy notes, leaving behind a clean and balanced cup. The heavy body and moderately sweet finish makes it an enjoyable cup of coffee.
Roaster thoughts :
These coffee’s are truly distinctive. When roasted to perfection between med-light to medium, these coffee’s truly stand out. I enjoyed them when best brewed using a v60 and to my surprise even when had with milk.
About the Estates:
Inspired by the spectacular and great escarpment, the western ghats, india, these estates grow coffee under natural shade thus making it a rich and diverse hot spot.
There are frequent visits from wild animals who pass through the vast 16 hectares of farm, grazing lazily around on the abundant grass inspiring a commitment to produce sustainable coffees.
