Creation of Diwali Blend?
Because Diwali is close to our hearts ..... We have been planning a roast devoted to India's Biggest Festival for a while now. The thought came from our Team of Roasters who wanted to create a perfect Milk-based coffee that can be enjoyed by all. A celebratory Blend that all can enjoy together with their loved ones.
Roaster thoughts :
The balance of right flavours for any Milk Based coffee always requires several trials post roasting. We roasted 3 different coffees to create this perfect blend and then profiled them ranging between medium-light to med-dark to get the balance of flavours. The real test for us roasters was to brew several espresso's and blend with Milk for trials post roasting & resting. Eventually we did strike a balance between the coffee characteristics, the sweetness from milk and over mouthfeel to create this perfect milk-based blend.
