Cupping notes :
The dry aroma when freshly grounded is like fruit coated chocolate. The wet aroma is chocolatey and tart like. The cupping notes are quite complex but the prominent tartness of raspberry and the finish of rich smooth chocolate is evident. It is a true heavy body cup of indulgent experience.
Roaster thoughts :
I personally love heavy body coffees and this one is a true embodiment of the same. What you can look for in this coffee is the sweetness and tartness from raspberry, the creaminess and flavor of rich chocolate, the heavy body and a overall experience that contributes to a decadent raspberry chocolate tart.
