The Story behind the Launch :
It takes us way way back.
Our founder ventured into specialty coffee about a decade ago.
Back then, he grew fond of Flat White and Ice Latte's which soon became his to-go coffee. Even today, on several occasions he enjoys a good warm cup of a latte in an isolated café.
This thought led us to create a blend of specialty coffee roasted to perfection at a med-dark level that enhances complexity and mouthfeel of this milk based coffee.
It is a delicately balanced blend of washed and natural coffee along with some Robusta, all from different origins. It is sweet, produces an amazing crema as espresso and has rich sweetness.
As an Espresso:
18 GM in 36 - 38 GM out in 25-30 sec.
140 ML of Steamed Milk at 70-75 °C.
For a Lungo, let the shot run for 45 sec.
