We roast every coffee to bring out what makes that particular lot interesting.

For this Belur coffee, we chose a medium roast profile designed to preserve its ripe blueberry character while building a syrupy body and milk chocolate finish.

The roast was developed on a Probat with a 15% development time ratio.

The result is a coffee that remains approachable while still showing the character of its origin.

We recommend enjoying it black first so you can experience the blueberry and milk chocolate character. Add milk or sugar according to your preference.

Is this instant coffee?
