What You’ll Do**

  • Craft high-quality espresso & filter brews
  • Follow dial-in procedures and Grey Soul brewing standards
  • Engage guests with warm, informed service
  • Maintain café workflow, cleanliness, and speed
  • Participate in cupping, tastings & new coffee launches

### **What We’re Looking For**

  • Experience in cafés preferred (not mandatory)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Strong learning attitude & passion for coffee
  • Comfortable in high-energy, fast-paced environments

--- ## **🏪 STORE MANAGERS — 2 OPENINGS** **Locations:** Bandra · Koregaon Park ###

**What You’ll Do**

  • Lead the barista team with training, scheduling & performance reviews
  • Oversee operations, inventory, quality control & cash management
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and café standards
  • Drive sales performance and maintain daily/weekly reports
  • Implement and maintain operational SOPs

### **What We’re Looking For**

  • 2+ years managing a café or restaurant
  • Strong communication & leadership abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to build a positive team culture

--- ## **🏙️ STORE MANAGER — SOUTH BOMBAY (1 OPENING)** **Brand-New Flagship Café** ### **What You’ll Do**

  • Set up and lead a new café from the ground up
  • Recruit, train, and guide an entirely new barista team
  • Drive quality, service and operational excellence
  • Work closely with founders and roasting team on menu, standards & experience
  • Shape the café’s culture and guest journey

### **What We’re Looking For**

  • Experience opening or running high-volume premium cafés
  • Strong operational planning & team-building skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving
  • Passion for specialty coffee and guest experience

CAFÉ HOSTS — 3 OPENINGS** **Locations:** Bandra · Koregaon Park · South Bombay ### **What You’ll Do**

  • Welcome guests and guide them through the café experience
  • Manage seating, waitlists & guest flow
  • Support baristas during rush hours
  • Assist with retail coffee & merchandise sales
  • Maintain café ambiance & cleanliness

### **What We’re Looking For**

  • Friendly, approachable personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hospitality experience
  • Ability to multitask calmly during peak hours
