☕ Barista

Location: Bandra West, Bombay

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

What You'll Do

  • Prepare espresso-based beverages, pourovers, cold brews, and signature drinks.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and memorable guest experiences.
  • Maintain coffee quality and consistency across every cup served.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and tasting notes.
  • Support daily café operations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a specialty coffee café preferred.

🍽️ Commis Chef

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Open Positions: 1
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

What You'll Do

  • Assist in preparation of breakfast, brunch, sandwiches, salads, and café menu items.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare mise en place and support kitchen operations during service.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily production and inventory management.

Ideal Candidate

  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Hotel management graduates are encouraged to apply.

🥐 Baker

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Open Positions: 2
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and bake breads, croissants, cookies, cakes, desserts, and café bakery products.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules with consistency.
  • Maintain quality control across all baked products.
  • Manage ingredient preparation, inventory, and bakery hygiene.
  • Contribute to new product development and seasonal offerings.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on experience in artisan baking, pastry production, or commercial bakery operations.
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, proofing, and production planning.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
