Roaster thoughts : A peculiar LOT roasted light to bring out the extra ordinary characteristics of this LOT. Changragiri is the most common varietal to be found in our country and us roasters have created many profiles of the same. For this particular LOT we chose a light roast as characteristics of the coffee were very prominent resulting in sparkling acidity and fermented notes. Yet another light roast that we are extremely happy to release. We recommend brewing this coffee after 11 days with a higher water temperature.
