We are yet again very excited for you all to try a completely new region and LOT profiled by grey soul coffee roasters. The floral aromatics are evident in the green bean itself and the color of the bean is also quite unique. We first received the lot back earlier in 2024 and have been profiling in working on this since then. A light roast is what we have selected for this LOT after cupping and brewing the coffees. A light roast with total time of 9.30 seconds and higher DTR is what it took to bring out the body and fruit forward notes from this LOT.
